Recently released the latest book of Dr. Mátyás CSÁSZÁR, the “Institutional legal actions of the EU”, which examines and analyzes the EU’s system of sources of law in its completeness and complexity.
The book published by the British Ashgate Publishing examines the antitrust and competition law of the U.S. and the European Union from comparative perspective. Focuses on one of their aspects, the restrictive agreements in the context of vertical intra-brand pricing and territorial restrictions.

One of the two European oral rounds of ”EMC² ELSA Moot Court Competition on WTO Law 2011-2012” was held in Maastricht, the Netherlands between 5th and 9th of March 2012, where the student team of Szeged Law School has competed with success.
The Department of Private International Law with the support of HVG-ORAC Publishing Ltd. announces case-solving student contest for the spring semester. Previously the Department launched the annual case-solving student competitions with tradition-making purpose in the field of private international law in autumn semesters and in international trade law in spring semesters.
The competition was organised by the Department of Private International Law and ELSA (European Law Students’ Association) for the students in “International Relations” (BA) education program, who visited the “Introduction to the International Trade Law” course in this semester. The students could be applied for the competition in three-person teams.
