The University of Szeged (hereafter Inviting Authority) invites candidates to an open procedure for supplying the following product:

Important note: Offers will be accepted ONLY for new and original devices (Demo, used, or second hand devices are refused.) The originality and novelty of the delivered device will be inspected at the Central Warehouse University of Szeged Albert Szent-Györgyi Health Centre.

Offers can be accepted ONLY, if maintenance service is provided by a local service for the above listed devices in Szeged, Hungary.

Please add the delivery cost to your quotation between your place and Szeged (Hungary).

Payment mode: 60 days, wire transfer

The validity of the given offer should last for 30 days from the closing day of the tender.

Contract can be bond only if the given offer does not exceed the amount of net 8 000 000 HUF. The procurement procedure is declared to be unsuccessful if the presented offer exceeds the noted amount.

According to the institute whom requested this procurement the 450ml reagent containers are favorized	6	10 points if the reagent containers sizes are 450ml, 1 point if the reagent containers sizes are alter from the favorized 450ml size
The offered device which has the highest number of staining program	3	10 point if the offered device which has the highest number of staining program, 1 point if the offered device has less number of staining program
In the case of 30 pieces of slide capacity	6	10 point if the offered device which has the highest number of staining program, 1 point if the offered device has less number of staining program 10 points if the offered device has a 30 pieces of slide capacity, 1 point if the slide capacity alters from 30 pieces

The official language of the procedure is Hungarian, but offers can also be submitted in English language. The Inviting Authority expects offers from suppliers that can guarantee a prompt delivery and have a stable financial background. The Inviting Authority reserves the right to request further information from candidates within 5 working days in writing . Request for further information will be sent to each candidate with a valid offer. Following the submission deadline, the Inviting Authority evaluates the offers and candidates are informed on the result with the least possible delay.

The Inviting Authority reserves the right to cancel the above offer procedure fully or partially, without any justification. The Inviting Authority is not liable for consequences resulted by the withdrawal.

This call for proposal is not to be considered as a contractual commitment undertaken by the Inviting Authority. The call and the full procedure are subject to the Inviting Authority’s internal regulations.
