Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) has announced its list of worldwide best universities in the study field. The list includes several training courses at the University of Szeged.
Once again the University of Szeged has been ranked among the world's best universities this year in the UK QS World University Rankings by Subject.
The best result within the humanities was reached by the field of linguistics, in which the SZTE institution took the place 251-300. In the field of life sciences and medicine, the SZTE was among the top 500 universities, with the place 451-500. Including the 301-350 place in medicine, while the biological studies took the place 451-450. Within the natural sciences, the SZTE took the 501-550 place in chemical sciences category.
The SZTE was also outstanding on the QS Universities ranking list. As we have already spread the news on this, but on this list the University of Szeged took the 470 place, improving its earlier ranking and outstanding the previous records.
This position is the best in Hungary. In terms of nearly 26,000 higher education institutions in the world, SZTE takes place between the top 2 percent.
