Title of Database: Global Data

 

With the usage of the Medical and Pharma eTrack of the Global Data database, the researchers of the university can get feedback on the market potential of their research results. The database provides information on among others the following topics: the competitiveness of pharmaceutical or medical device technologies; the features of competing technologies and organisations; the sizes of the markets; the trends in the specific sectors; etc.

 

The database also provides assistance in screening the participants of certain conferences in a fast and focused way in order to find potential partners, who are interested in the university’s inventions or in other forms of collaboration. While the websites of the conferences only make it possible to search among the larger sectors or the names of the participating companies, this database provides searching among e.g. disease types, as well, and relevant companies can easily be screened.

 

The database is based on public information, and the operators of the database carry out primary research in the following fields: strategies, companies, countries, markets, products, researchers, inventions, medical devices, clinical trials, epidemiology, diseases, etc.

The official language of the procedure is Hungarian, but offers can also be submitted in English language. The Inviting Authority expects offers from suppliers that can guarantee a prompt delivery and have a stable financial background. The Inviting Authority reserves the right to request further information from candidates within 5 working days in writing . Request for further information will be sent to each candidate with a valid offer. Following the submission deadline, the Inviting Authority evaluates the offers and candidates are informed on the result with the least possible delay.

The Inviting Authority reserves the right to cancel the above offer procedure fully or partially, without any justification. The Inviting Authority is not liable for consequences resulted by the withdrawal.

This call for proposal is not to be considered as a contractual commitment undertaken by the Inviting Authority. The call and the full procedure are subject to the Inviting Authority’s internal regulations.
