About the Program
The Summer Semester of the Gateway Program focuses on Criminal Law within the European Union and aims to give a general knowledge about the basics of the criminal justice system in the EU and Hungary.
Additionally, students will participate in out-of-school activities such as visiting a Forensic Science Lab (DNA tests and Toxicology screens), the Prison, and the local Police Headquarters.

Who should Apply?
Students who are interested in the European (and Hungarian) Criminal Justice system. Requirements: Completion of at least two semesters at a University in the field of Law, International Studies, or Social Sciences. Demonstrated proficiency in English (at least CET-4, IELTS 5.0;TOEFL IBT 70, or equivalent). Based on the submitted essay on the Application, a Skype interview might be required.
